Fair Use Policy

Overview

brinked.ai invests significant effort into producing original content and materials. This Fair Use Policy describes how you may reference and quote that content, and what is off-limits. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service.

What Counts as Fair Use

The following uses are permitted without prior written permission, provided each instance includes clear attribution and a working backlink to the source page on brinked.ai:

• Quoting short excerpts (up to ~150 words or one figure) in articles, blog posts, academic papers, slide decks, or social media commentary
• Linking to a page on brinked.ai from your own site, newsletter, or other materials
• Discussing or critiquing brinked.ai content for review, commentary, journalism, or research purposes
• Personal note-taking, summaries, and reference materials derived from content you have lawfully accessed through your account

Attribution Requirements

Any use covered by this policy must include all of the following:

• A visible credit to brinked.ai as the source
• A clickable backlink to the specific source URL on brinked.ai, not just the homepage
• No alteration of the meaning, no removal of embedded attribution, and no implication of endorsement by brinked.ai

What Is Not Fair Use

The following uses fall outside this policy and are prohibited without an explicit written license from brinked.ai:

• Republishing, mirroring, or redistributing whole pages, sections, or collections of platform content — in any medium, free or paid
• Bulk downloading, scraping, or crawling the platform with automated tools, headless browsers, or AI agents
• Using brinked.ai content — or derivatives of it — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark machine learning models
• Sharing account credentials or pooling access so that content is consumed by users beyond the licensed individual or seat
• Reselling brinked.ai content, repackaging it inside a competing product, or incorporating it into a commercial offering
• Removing, obscuring, or modifying watermarks, attribution, or fingerprints embedded in served content

Teams & Organizations

If you want to share brinked.ai content with your team or organization, please use a team or organization plan. Linking members to a page on brinked.ai is always free; copying platform content into your own materials or internal systems is not.

Requesting a License

If your intended use exceeds the limits described above — for example, embedding brinked.ai content in a publication, or using it as part of a paid offering — please contact us before using the material. We are usually happy to grant licenses for clearly attributed, non-competing use cases.

Reporting Misuse

If you believe brinked.ai content is being scraped, republished, or used to train models without authorization, let us know. Include the source URL, the offending URL, and any evidence you have.

Changes to This Policy

brinked.ai may update this Fair Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
