Content on brinked.ai

Unless otherwise specified, all content available on brinked.ai (including UI elements, graphics, lessons, and software) is owned or provided by brinked.ai or its licensors. Users may not use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.

Content Provided by Users

Users may upload, share, or provide their own content to brinked.ai, including data, notes, and profile information.

Rights Regarding User Content

Users grant brinked.ai a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, and royalty-free license to process, store, and display user content solely for the operation and maintenance of the Platform. User data remains the property of the User.

Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Pretend to fulfill any conditions or requirements for accessing the Platform
• Conceal their identity or steal someone else's identity
• Defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others
• Breach security measures or probe vulnerabilities
• Install or incorporate any malware
• Use brinked.ai in an abusive, excessive, or inappropriate manner
• Use automated processes to scrape information from brinked.ai
• Disseminate content that is unlawful, obscene, or inappropriate

Restrictions

Curriculum content — including lesson text, exercises, challenges, images, and any compiled or derivative form — is licensed to the individual authenticated User solely for personal educational use. Users shall not:

• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or any other automated means to access, harvest, or bulk-download curriculum content
• Republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make curriculum content available to any third party, in whole or in part, in any medium
• Use curriculum content, or any derivative of it, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop machine learning models
• Remove, obscure, alter, or attempt to reverse-engineer any attribution notices, watermarks, or fingerprints embedded in content served by the Platform
• Share login credentials or otherwise circumvent per-account access controls to distribute content beyond the licensed User

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate account termination and any remedies available under applicable law.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of brinked.ai are provided on the basis of paid subscription plans. All payments are independently processed through third-party payment processors. brinked.ai does not collect payment information such as credit card details.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed through the payment method the User chose during purchase, unless the User cancels before the renewal date.

Termination

Subscriptions may be terminated by using the cancellation controls in the brinked.ai account settings or by contacting support@brinked.ai.

Liability & Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold brinked.ai harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or in relation with the User's use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

brinked.ai shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of business opportunities, revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information (Users are responsible for backing up their data)
• Any damage occurring due to viruses or malware
• Interruptions or malfunctions due to events of force majeure

Changes to These Terms

brinked.ai reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service will signify the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction where brinked.ai is based. However, if the law of the country where the User is located provides for higher consumer protection standards, such higher standards shall prevail.
